A game is an activity that helps you relax, make friends, and just have fun. When we are engrossed in the game, we don't notice how quickly time has passed and we don't get tired at all.
The game helps adults, teenagers and children release emotions . The only thing worth paying attention to is manifestations of strong aggression. That is, experiencing strong emotions from excitement, establishing relationships (non-violent) is normal.
The main thing is that the release of emotions does not harm health. Then, as the children say, "Stop the game!" Inhale-exhale. Let's play further.
Games and toys help children release their experiences hidden in the subconscious. After all, an unlived emotion that a child has hidden inside can turn into a psychosomatic disorder.
